These Terms & Conditions apply when you request or use services from Superior Hauling & Junk Removal LLC ("Superior Hauling," "we," "us"). By requesting a quote or booking a job, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide junk removal and cleanouts, roll-off bin rental, Bobcat work such as grading and material spreading, and delivery of materials like gravel, rock, dirt, and sand, serving Madera and the surrounding Central Valley.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes and estimates are based on the information you give us and are not final until we confirm the work on site. If the actual job differs from what was described, for example more volume, harder access, or extra items, the price may change. We will tell you before doing additional work.
Scheduling and cancellations
We schedule jobs by appointment and do our best to arrive in the agreed window. Please give us reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Items we cannot take
For safety and legal reasons, we do not haul hazardous materials, including paint, chemicals, solvents, asbestos, and similar items. If you are unsure whether we can take something, ask us before your appointment.
Your responsibilities
- Make sure we can safely access the items, bin location, or work area.
- Confirm you own the items or have the right to have them removed.
- Obtain any permits your property or city may require for bins or work.
- Point out anything fragile or any site conditions we should know about.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless we arrange otherwise in writing. We will confirm accepted payment methods when we schedule your job.
Property and liability
We take care on every job. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for normal wear from moving heavy or bulky items through tight spaces. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service involved. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts serving Madera County, California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of our services means you accept the current terms.
