Land and Lot Clearing in Fresno, Madera, and the Central Valley

An overgrown lot full of brush, weeds, old fencing, and years of dumped debris turns into a clean, workable pad faster than most people expect once a machine is on it. Land clearing means cutting down and pulling out the growth and junk, then hauling it off so the ground is ready for whatever comes next: a build, a fence, a garden, or just a property that passes a weed-abatement notice. Superior Hauling clears lots with a Bobcat across Fresno, Madera, and the Central Valley and hauls the debris the same visit, veteran-owned and priced after we see the site.
What land clearing covers
Clearing is more than mowing. It takes out overgrown brush and tall weeds, small trees and stumps, blackberry and vine tangles, old fencing and wire, and the piles of debris that collect on a vacant lot. On a Bobcat we can knock down growth, grub out roots, and scrape the surface down to bare, gradeable ground. The goal is a lot you can actually use.
Why clear now, before the wet season
Fall is the right time in the Central Valley. Dry ground works cleanly, and clearing before the winter rains means you are not trying to run a machine through mud or fighting a fresh spring surge of growth later. It also gets ahead of fire-season and weed-abatement concerns, and it sets up any grading or building you plan to start when the weather turns.
Clearing and grading go together
Most cleared lots need shaping next, and doing both with one crew saves time and money. After we clear, our Bobcat services can grade and level the pad, cut a slope that drains, and prep the ground for a slab, a driveway, or landscaping. You get one machine, one crew, and one trip, with no second company to schedule for the grading.

Where the debris goes
Everything we cut and pull leaves with us, so you are not left with a burn pile or a mound of brush to deal with. We separate what we can: clean green waste and metal are recycled, and the rest is disposed of properly. On a heavy clear-out we can also drop a roll-off dumpster on site to stage debris as we go.
What it costs
Clearing is priced by the size of the lot, how heavy the growth and debris are, and how much has to be hauled, so a quick look is the only honest way to quote it. A day of Bobcat work generally runs about $300 to $800 depending on the site, and we give you a clear, upfront quote once we have walked the property. Send photos or book a visit and we will scope it.
Why call a local crew
Clearing is judgment work: reading what has to come out, what can stay, and how the ground will grade afterward. It pays to hire people who do it often and stand on the property first. Superior Hauling is veteran-owned and local, we clear and haul with our own machine, and we tell you plainly what the job takes. See our Bobcat and land-clearing services or call (559) 363-8702.
